Sunday Sep 27 Cecil Hills Loop with return via Carnes Hill.
Grade: Easy-Medium
Start: 9:00 am from Liverpool Station. Unlimited car parking in Railway street on Sundays. A easy-medium approx. 35
km ride from Liverpool Station following shared pathways along Hoxton Park Rd, M5 & Cowpasture Rd to Cecil Hills. Coffee stop at Cecil Hills then return along Cowpasture Rd to Carnes Hill then to Liverpool via Kurrajong Rd.

To ensure that we comply with COVID-19 restrictions, we will be following the guidelines below as at 1st September 2020
 Ride numbers will be limited to 20. You MUST let us know if you are attending, please leave your
mobile number.
 We will take a roll-call of riders attending from the ride log– we will not be signing the log sheets.
 Please do not attend if you are sick, have cold or flu symptoms etc and let us know if you are not
attending if you have previously registered for the ride.
 Riders are strongly encouraged to bring their own hand sanitizer.
 Social distancing during any stops including meeting point, catch-ups, even stationary at lights must
be maintained.
 No slipstream / close following riding.
 No clearing of nasal/ respiratory secretions while riding & bring your own tissues.
 Ride Leaders and Riders are strongly encouraged to have download the COVID app on mobiles they
have on the ride.
 Riders need to be aware that by participating on a ride this includes verbal consent for contact details from ride log to be provided to NSW public health officers undertaking contract tracing if a
person on the ride tests later tests positive.
 Please bring your own refreshments. We will generally be stopping for a takeaway coffee if available. Please note that some cafes may not accept cash payments—they may be card only.

Sunday Sep 13. Fig Farm Forage Ride – Leppington
Grade: Easy/Medium.
Start: 9:00am from Liverpool Railway Station. (Bigge Street entry). Unlimited car parking in Railway street on Sundays. This approx. 37km ride is a great ride exploring the shared user pathways (SUP) of Hoxton Park Rd, Cowpasture Rd and Camden Valley Rd Shared
User Paths. The Fig Farm is a Fig Orchard selling local produce as well as their fig specialities, they have opened up a coffee/tea shop on the terrace with homemade goodies. Return to Liverpool via different routes or catch train at Leppington Station. Don’t forget to bring pack/pannier bags for your
produce.
